C*nt decided he’d inconvenience everyone by blocking the street because he couldn’t be arsed to move. “Yeah, but he’s doing his job, m8!” comes the chorus of apologists. Hmm, not quite, lads. His job is to deliver stuff to shops. Nowhere in the person’s job description will it say “ensure you block the entire road while unloading”.
And as if it matters, this all happened in Chester.
